Overview At Furniture Homeland, we are committed to delivering our high-quality furniture to your doorstep with efficiency and care. We provide delivery services within and around Nairobi and offer nationwide shipping through couriers selected by our clients. Below are the details of our shipping policies.

Local Delivery (Nairobi and Surrounding Areas)

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to any address within and around Nairobi.
  • Handling time: 0 to 1 days.
  • Order cut off: 03:00 pm (GMT+3)
  • Transit time: 0 to 2 days.
  • Total Delivery Times: Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered within 0 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges vary depending on the distance from our warehouse at Whitehouse flats, Umoja 1 along Outering Road. Charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Nationwide Shipping

  • Parcel Services: For customers outside Nairobi, we ship orders via the courier of the client’s choice. Clients are encouraged to select a courier service that best meets their delivery needs.
  • Arrangement: Clients must inform us of their preferred courier service at the time of purchase. We will prepare and package the items for safe transit.
  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. Costs are borne by the client and must be paid directly to the courier service. We offer free shipping within Nairobi.
  • Tracking: Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment directly with the courier service.

Packaging

  • Standards: All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use high-quality materials to protect your furniture during transport.
  • Special Requests: If you have specific packaging requirements or need additional protective packaging, please let us know at the time of your order. Additional charges may apply.

Important Information

  • Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated should this happen.
  • Receiving Your Order: Please ensure that you, or an authorized representative, are available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the item. Furniture Homeland is not responsible for losses incurred due to unattended deliveries.
